
The WAS2021/ISSM Sexual Medicine Workshop
Medical practitioners are starved of high-quality education in the clinical aspects of Sexual Medicine. This satellite workshop, as part of the 25th WAS Congress, aims to deliver on just that need.
The World Association for Sexual Health (WAS) and the Southern African Sexual Health Association (SASHA) is proud to be hosting the ISSM (International Society for Sexual Medicine), in presenting a comprehensive workshop on Sexual Medicine.
International experts in their fields will be providing a high-level intensive series of seminars, covering the essentials of contemporary best practice in Sexual Medicine.
Subjects covered will include the applied fundamentals of History and Examination, a comprehensive approach to Male and Female Sexual Dysfunction, including Erectile dysfunction, Intra-cavernosal injections, Penile Prostheses, Orgasmic and Ejaculatory dysfunctions, Hypoactive Desire Disorder and the role of testosterone in men, Hypoactive Sexual Desire disorder and Orgasmic problems in women, Pelvic Pain disorders, the role of Testosterone and Oestrogen therapies in women, and the role of Physiotherapy in female sexual disorders.

All clinicians working with Sexual Health, including Primary Care Physicians, Gynaecologists, Urologists, Psychiatrists as well as non-medical clinicians wanting insight into the practice of Sexual Medicine.
How Can You Participate?
Registration for the ISSM Sexual Medicine Workshop is open. Please note this workshop is an optional event and an additional registration fee is payable. The registration fee has been massively discounted for attendees taking part of the workshop at the WAS 2021 Congress.
